Company are back with their late 90s/early noughties inspired Metropolis Series for AW24. Drawing inspiration from the original designs of Moreno Ferrari, the Urban Protection Range was a ground breaking collection of highly technical outerwear geared up for urban environments. With outerwear that warned its wearer of air contamination, anti smog masks, integrated flash lights and water resistant fabrics, the Urban Protection Range was well ahead of its time. Now under the direction of Massimo Osti’s very own son, Lorenzo Osti, C.P. Company recently re-introduced the original “Urban Explorer” concept with the launch of the Metropolis Series a few years back. Something like the equivalent of the Shadow Project to Stone Island (although that sadly has been discontinued) the C.P. Company Metropolis Series returns for AW24 with more technical garb & GORE-TEX. Featuring a collection of innovative pieces & technical fabrics which utilise GORE-TEX INFINIUM, MetroShell, A.A.C. & Pertex. GORE-TEX INFINIUM is crafted with urban performance at its heart, guaranteeing a high level of breathability, water-resistant and windproof. A.A.C. garments are also water resistant complete with removable down linings for the coming colder months. There’s also a collection of “urban” inspired winter-ready accessories such as the Metropolis Series balaclava among other functional headwear.
