A translucent blue midsole followed in line with Nike’s ‘Ice’ range with a black suede mudguard and cracked leather to the toe box for a slightly worn look. Nike Air Max 95 Halloween | Release Date 30/10/2014
2014 saw another Halloween themed Swoosh style with the launch of the Nike Air Max 95 Halloween trainer. Opting for subtler tones of beige and grey to the anatomy inspired uppers with slime green lace holders and a glow in the dark Air Max unit also in slime green. A bloodshot eye graphic to the tongue added even more scare to silhouette complete with mini red swooshes in classic mid 90s style.
Nike Air Max 98 Halloween | Release Date 15/09/2019
It might be 6 years since the Air Max 98 was re-released as part of its 20th anniversary but that’s not to say it’s still a good looking Air Max trainer. The lesser known Air Max, with a chunkier fit than its predecessor the Air Max 97, the Air Max 98 also got the spooky swoosh treatment in 2019. This particular Halloween release went all out with spooky graveyard inspired graphics to the mudguard with luminous green laces, piping & swooshes. The main talking point was arguably the flying bats which featured next to the swooshes on the sidewalls for the ultimate “blood sucking” scare factor.
