The Florence born ‘n’ bred luxury retailer, LuisaViaRoma, is opening its first store outside of Italy in New York’s trendy downtown Manhattan Noho district.
If you’ve ever been to Florence you’ll know that the medieval Italian city is just as much about Dante & Da Vinchi as it is designer gear. Boasting its own homegrown luxury designer stores such as LuisaViaRoma which dates all the way back to the 1920s. The globally respected e-commerce store LuisaViaRoma has become synonymous with all things luxury, as well as previously working with the likes of Reebok & OFF-WHITE on a range of sneaker collaborations. The prestigious Fiorentina store saw a staggering €190 million turnover in 2020 which led to a strategic partnership with Style Capital in 2021, a private equity firm based in Milan to fuel the international growth of LuisaViaRoma as well as the potential of an IPO on the various global stock markets. 2024 now sees the international growth head to down town Manhattan with the latest LuisaViaRoma New York store.
Located on bond street in downtown Manhattan in NYC’s trendy Noho district, the store marks the next chapter of international growth for the Italian luxury retailer and their first ever bricks and mortar store outside of Italy. The store will feature collections from the top menswear, womenswear & sneaker collections from Chloé, Maison Margiela, Jil Sander, Lanvin, Gabriela Hearst, Proenza Schouler and Helmut Lang.
