Founded back in 2010 by former Swiss Ironman champion Olivier Bernhard with David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti, On Running is still a relatively new player on the sneaker game that has quickly become a key competitor to the likes of Nike, New Balance & Saucony. On’s running trainer innovation was recently taken to new levels with the launch of their latest Cloud Surfer 2 trainer back in February which utilised the brand’s very own innovative CloudTec Phase® technology. As part of the Swiss sneaker brand’s commitment to grow its DTC (direct to consumer) presence in the UK’s capital, On has now opened its 3rd London store at Battersea Power Station.
Featuring the brand’s latest footwear ranges such as the recently launched Cloud Surfer 2 as well as their performance running apparel & accessories, the store will also act as a hub for community runs which will “run” weekly. On also recently announced that Martin Hoffmann would become the brand’s sole CEO from July 1st 2025, as the brand looks to streamline its leadership hierarchy from two CEO’s to one with Marc Maurer exiting the company.
